Sync doesn't sync items restored from trash until they are modified

Description
LogicalDOC Sync 1.0
If a document is restored from Trash on the server (e.g. version 1.0), it is not sync’d to the local folder. Unless after it is restored, you update it on the server (via checkin/checkout), which creates a new version (e.g. version 1.1) on the server, then it syncs.
