Description
When we upload a document ONCE, it sometimes gets uploaded SEVERAL times automatically. Please see as an example the enclosed screenshots. The documents appears on different places in the list (allthough it was uploaded only once it has different upload times) and have also completely different keywords.
Maybe it has to do with the closed ticket #136.

This is an issue introduced in your last update. It happens when more files are uploaded in the same session. This behaviour is no more present in the upcoming 6.3.3 (this week or the next).
