Preview not working

Description
When attempting to preview a document I get the following error
PDF.js v1.7.225 (build: 17d135f)
Message: stream must have data
OS - W10
IE - 11

preview of formats other than PDF is not available in the community. we double checked and the preview works correctly in the commercial editions, you just need to install LibreOfice? in the server and configure it's path in the LibreOfficeConverter? - https://docs.logicaldoc.com/en/settings/format-converters

You can install the latest LibreOffice? in your win server than configure it's installation path in the LibreOfficeConverter? in Administration > Settings > LibreOfficeConverter?
