Description

Hi,

We have LogicalDoc 7.7.2 installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 with 64 GB ram and 600 gb of space. The PDf conversion generates a pdf file with 0 bytes size. The resulting pdf says it is corrupted. The preview tab for non pdf files does not work and shows errors.

do as follows:

  1. Stop LogicalDOC
  2. remove the contents of the folders tomcat/temp and tomcat/work
  3. Start LogicalDOC

Double check that the installation path of the LibreOffice is correctly configured in Administration > Settings > Format Converters > LibreOfficeConverter
