Quota Alert

Reported by: marco.pozzi Owned by:
Priority: trivial Milestone:
Component: Core Version: 7.6.2
Keywords: quota Cc:

Description

After updating to latest release (7.6.2), some users received an e-mail with the following text:

The usage of resources in Whole System has reached the warning level.

Documents: 3.789

Where can I configure quota parameters for system and users? We have a Business license and no "quota" tab is shown on user configuration page.

Thanks

Marco

Do this:

  1. Stop LogicalDOC
  2. Download the patch http://www.logicaldoc.info/patch/patch-20170210-ent.zip
  3. Unpack the patch into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
  4. Start LogicalDOC

Confirm you are no receiving alterts in the subsequent 8 hours.

Thanks, I applied the patch and it seems ok.

Is this patch valid also for Business edition of Logicaldoc?

Thanks.
