Add Documents - "Immediate Indexing" failing

Description
When using the "Add Documents" button to load documents, it has been noticed that documents are not indexed automatically when you complete both scenarios below:
- activate the "Immediate indexing" option and applying adding a 'tag' to the document, OR
- add a Zip file whilst activating the "Import documents from ZIP" and "Immediate indexing" option.
