Calendar Event History Tracking Issue - Alias Copy

Description
Adding a document to a "Calendar Event" that was created by 'Paste as Alias' does not show the "Document has been added to calendar event" against the main or alias document's history. Can this please be investigated?
The "Document has been removed from calendar event" action does appear correctly against both documents.
Running the 'Calendar' report from the 'Administration' tab displays the event action history for the addition and removal of the calendar entries.
