Bulk Checkout 'unlocks' documents

Description
The "Bulk Checkout" button unlocks a locked document. A server error is returned after trying to check in the modified document. Then after closing the "Bulk Checkout" popup screen, the lock is lost on the document.
The lock is also lost if you simply cancel the "Bulk Checkout" screen without opening any documents.
