Append the version number to the file name on the documents exported

Very often, when the file is sent out to a 3rd party, we need the name of the document to represent the version of it. A simple example would be to append a "_#" to the end of the document name to represent its version.

In practice the effort would be to append the version number to the file name on the documents exported from LogicalDOC, on the documents downloaded from the GUI and maybe also on the download tickets and on the documents sent by email.
