Deleted tags still appear as tag suggestions

Description
Some users enter tags with spelling errors, unfortunately. After finding and deleting these tags from all documents they were in, it turns out they still appear in the list of suggestions when entering tags. This is a problem as users might then be tempted to select the wrong tags again.
