calendar events (remove when document is deleted)

• calendar events are not removed, when document for which they were created is deleted

• can you please describe how to delete calendar entry via GUI
• we are unable to remove/edit any calendar entry trough gui
• issue that is conected to this is that logicaldoc is floding us with emails (<10+ emails> X n users X every hour))

Enter the Dasboard->Calendar, double click on the event and click on Delete

Non sure it is correct to delete the event, it can continue to be useful to have an event even if the documents are deletet. We would want to drop this request.

• Enter the Dasboard->Calendar, double click on the event and click on Delete
• we are unable to perform this action

• event was created with admin user that remowed himself from persons being notified (event is not shown on admin calendar)

• all users that were added to notify event see this event on calendar but nothing happens when they double click on it (IE11,Chrome36 on Win7)

Please do as folllows:

• Stop LogicalDOC
• unpack the given patch to tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
• Restart LogicalDOC
• Enter as admin and delete the wanted events
