Open-button grayed out on highlighted items

In the “open” dialog, when clicking on a folder to the left, the files are shown on the right. The first entry of the list is highlighted but the “open”-Button is grayed out. One has to click on the highlighted item once to activate the “open” button. Expected behavior: Highlighted items can be opened by simply hitting “enter” on the keyboard.
