Single window for saving and editing metadata

Description
Right now, saving and editing metadata is a two-step process as the metadata editor is only shown after the saving dialog. It would be preferrable to have both functions in a single window, i.e. to be able to add metadata inside the “save” and the “save as”-dialog.
