Tag entry issue

With reference to ticket #138

Same bug as described below occures now within the bulk upload prompt (tag assignment).

When typing in a tag which is already in use with it's first part, the system takes over before tag is entered completely.
Tag mode is "free".

Example:
Tag already used in the system: "SAP"
Tag to be assigned to a new document: "SAP documentation"

-> System takes over "SAP" as new Tag before I get the chance to type " documentation"
