Existing Tags Disappear When Editing Document Tags

When editing the tags of a document through the graphical user interface, an issue occurs in the tag management dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a document that already has one or more tags assigned.
Click the Edit Tags icon.
Observe the tag editing dialog.

Expected Result:

The currently assigned tags should remain visible and the dropdown list should display the available existing tags for selection.

Actual Result:

As soon as the Edit Tags icon is clicked, the currently assigned tags disappear and the tag selection dropdown is empty. No existing tags are displayed, making it impossible to view or select tags from the predefined list.

Impact:

Users cannot see the tags currently associated with the document and cannot select existing tags from the dropdown while editing.

Environment:

Reproduced on LogicalDOC 9.3.1 (local installation).
Reproduced on the live demo environment at demo.logicaldoc.com.

Additional Notes:

The issue appears to affect both the local installation and the public demo instance, suggesting it is not environment-specific.
