Template management ability to clone a template

Description
It would be very useful to have the ability to duplicate an existing template, copying the template definition and attributes from an existing template.
In that case the user would have the Duplicate/Clone? option in the documents context menu as well as the Delete option, and the system would only ask him for the name and description of the new template.
Alternatively, the duplication occurs without requiring anything from the user, but a duplicate is simply created by adding a numerator at the end of the name.
