Sorting of folders in descending order

Description
Currently the folders in the tree can be sorted by name or by date.
However the order is forcibly ascend.
The request is to be able to sort the folders also by decreasing date order, in order to see the most recent folders at the top

In the GUI settings you can choose the default sorting between <b>name asc</b> or <b>creation date desc</b>
