Good Morning, I updated logicalDocs yesterday to 6.8. Currently we can only login as Admin. All Active Directory users are getting access denied. I confirmed all of the LDAP settings and confirmed test connection succeeds. Our Logical Doc: https://docs.allmtntech.com If you log in as me below you will see the issue. Username: bleblanc Password: Babe1234 I removed myself and reimported my account and still get access denied. This is occurring for all AMT users. What are we missing? Steps taking to upgrade: We were on 6.7.1 I downloaded and installed 6.7.2/6.7.3 and confirmed success I downloaded and installed 6.8 and this is when AD seemed to stop working. I will make my self available after Midnight Mountain Standard time (USA) if needed to help troubleshoot. ( Think that is 8am local time for you). Many of our users have provided feedback about having the "Edit with Office" button added as an option to the documents right click context menu. This makes sense, could please have this added? |

It would be good if a "Send to Export Achive" option could be added to the right click context menu in the "Archived documents" Report. This way administrators can export already archived documents on a periodic basis to clean up the archived documents. The ability to export rather than delete is a good idea just in case. |
