Add "send to export archive" option to archived documents

Description
It would be good if a "Send to Export Achive" option could be added to the right click context menu in the "Archived documents" Report.
This way administrators can export already archived documents on a periodic basis to clean up the archived documents. The ability to export rather than delete is a good idea just in case.
