The auto naming function does not work during checkin

After migrating to 8.2.2 there is a fault during the checkout - checkin process.

With a template that has auto naming and checked the flag "regenerate after checkin" when the user imports a file for first time the autonaming works but after a checkout / checkin the autoname doesnt and the filename is the filename of the imported file.

That error is present in both version 8.2.2 and 8.3

Also the auto-naming has a litte problem dealing with the file extensions
Basically it doubles the file extension.
e.g. <year>-<contractnumber>-<Customer>-<filename>
with filename Importazione-email.png
produces a file named:
2019-contractnumber-Customer-Importazione-email.png.png
