We mean no harm to the product or the brand, we are just reporting a valid bug findings of an enterprise instance from the latest release.

How can this be of any issue? will take out the video but we are a bit disappointed of how you manage paid support. We under SLA by the way.

Best Regards,
Bryan

you paid and we support you but you do not have the right to publish our bugs to all the world. Never saw something similar.
Delete it so we can continue to support you.

ok, please do the following:
1) Unpack the patch http://service.logicaldoc.com/patches/8.1.1/patch-20181119-frontend.zip into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT
2) Delete the browser's cache

Calm down, we've removed it already and we apologize for the mis-interpretation/communication and the video uploaded earlier was marked as private and only those with the link can watch.

We only wanted to hasten the support process that is why we have recorded it. Apology again if this had offended you or seemed like a hostile act.

We do love the product and would just like to have the minor issue fixed nothing more.

Thanks for the patch however we have applied it but to no avail, issue still persist.

  1. Unzip patch to the specified folder and overitten files
  2. Clear browser cache and visited the site and tried

BTW, we are using linux 16x, tomcat 8, Java 8 (1.8.0_171-b11) -- hope this helps.

do you experience the same issue if you navigate the live demo at https://demo.logicaldoc.com ? (username: admin password: admin)

Not encountered in the live demo site but similar to our instance if we use admin account it is working fine same as with the demo site.

In addition, we are using google chrome as client browser to access logicaldoc, currently trying to update my client java application.

comment:13 Changed 6 years ago by sosph

Still no luck even if client machine's Java has been updated to latest version and done some exceptions in the java settings.

BTW prior to reporting this issue we've also tried to upgrade tomcat, java and everything in the ubuntu server (16.04) but to no avail so we went on in restoring to last checkpoint after applying 8.1.1

This is just minor bug but would still be good if it will be fixed.

Anyway its running late my time already, just leave a note and will check next week on Monday.

Thanks for the help and again apology to the earlier post.

God Bless.

Best Regards,
Bryan

Lastly, we've also tried using other browser such as mozilla and IE but to no avail.

do this:

1) Unpack the patch http://service.logicaldoc.com/patches/8.1.1/patch-20181123-frontend.zip into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT
2) Delete the browser's cache

Please report if this solves.
