Do as follows:
1) Stop LogicalDOC
2) Unpack the patch ​http://service.logicaldoc.com/patches/8.1/patch-20180924-form.zip into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
3) Start LogicalDOC
