Description
calendar events are not removed when document for which they were created is deleted

database cleaner has been running continuous for the coming up to a year and it has been an issue for the last few weeks
i have however gone into mysql and set delete_id to 1 which appears to have now resolved it on the 30 or so documents that had the error
