Description
calendar events are not removed when document for which they were created is deleted

database cleaner has been running continuous for the coming up to a year and the calendar event error has been an issue for the last few weeks.
i have however gone into mysql and set id_deleteed to 1 in id_event tablke which appears to have now resolved it on the 30 or so documents that had the error
