It would be handy if there was a command line tool available to manage/kill user sessions.

this is already here. you can access the page http://server_ip:8080/license
you enter with username admin and the his password and this bypasses the sessions

I understand you can get into manage the license. But can you use this method to login to manage user sessions if all licensed sessions are full?

Yes sure, you can access that page and also the license page even when the licensed sessions are full.

anyways we can maintain the idea, the rool can connect to different nodes to handle their sessions from a single console.

Or perhaps, a nominated admin account can bypass any license restrictions to manage sessions via the webui ?
