Add symbol does not work on iPad in portrait mode

Description
On iPad when in portrait mode the add symbol (+) does not show the contextual popup.
That popup contains the available options to upload a new document.
It works correctly in landscape mode and in iPhone simulator both portrait and landscape mode (iOS 9.3)
