Trying to connect to LogicalDoc? through Android App, but received 'Unable to connect' message.

App Version: 2.3

Adndroid Version: 6.0.1

Are you using LogicalDOC 7.5 ?

We are currently using 7.4.2

LogicalDOC App for Android version 2.3 is designed to work with LogicalDOC DMS server 7.5/7.5.1, so you have to upgrade your LD instance to that version.
If you are at 7.4.2 first upgrade to 7.4.3 then to 7.5 (remember to backup the database, configuration and documents before starting the upgrade process)
