Add Documents Issue - '&' and '%' symbols fail

When using the 'Add Documents' button to add documents with certain special characters in the filename, the upload errors or freezes.

Using 'Drop files from your desktop':

• documents with '%' in filename errors
• documents with '&' in filename freezes with status of 'Queued'

Selecting 'Click me or drag and drop files above':

• documents with '%' in filename errors
• documents with '&' in filename freezes with status of 'Queued'

Please investigate and correct issue.
