Allow users to specify a default workspace in addition to a welcome screen

Description
Users have the ability to choose their welcome screen under the profile settings. It would be good if they also had the ability to select a default workspace, if their selection for the welcome screen is set to the documents tab. This is handy if they have access to multiple workspaces.
