Select destination folder for document restore

Description
When restoring a document from trash, the document is restored to the folder currently selected/highlighted. This may not be obvious enough for all users. It would be good to prompt the user to select the destination folder location on restore, similar to when you are moving folders.

We added a deleted documents report and from here you, as administrator, can select the folder to be used.
Normal users can browse the actual tree and it is not difficult to restore the selected elements in the current folder
