Actions logging in history and reports

Description
Some actions on files and folders are logged in the history and the reports (created, viewed, downloaded, ...). Subscriptions and export to pdf aren't.
I also noticed, if you click on the the RSS Feed-icon (file and folder) the entry "user is logged in" appears in the reports.
And if you export a folder to zip an entry in the reports appears, but the columns "Name" and "Folder" are empty.

When a user accesses the RSS feed, he is required to provide credentials and a login event is really generated on the server so it is correct the entry you see in the reports.
