CSV import/export utility for Lookuptables on Attribute Templates

Description
It's unpractical to fill out the "Lookup-Table" if i have a lot of entries.
Example: "Streets". I would like to have a list of all streets of a community. Those are up to 200 entries and I will not write manually.
The following improvement I suggest:
- Button to import from a csv or so
- Button to select an existing list (so i can use the same list (lookup table) in different Templates)
