Users can rename workspaces but Admin cannot

Description
Users with "Rename" permissions can rename workspaces, however administrators do not have an option to rename workspaces.
Preference here is that only Admins can create/rename workspaces.

Ok fixed the context menu for admins. But regarding the rename we want to maintain this ability for those users that are granted the rename permission on the workspace.
