Office & Outlook Addins install for all users

When installing LogicalDOC's MS Office and Outlook addins, they are installed to the currently logged in user profile. Therefore the installation needs to be repeated for each user on the same computer.

It would be better if the addins installed for All Users. That way the addin packages only need to be installed once, and the packages could deployed more easily remotely.

Currently we have available a setup installer of LogicalDOC Office Add-in for Terminal Srver (TS), but we don't plan to build the same for Outlook Add-in since we never received such request and it's not common to use Outlook in TS.

It's not just the case of a terminal server environment. We have multiple people logging into the same PC. Each user has their own local profile. Which means with the current installer, if 3 x people used the same PC, we have to install it 3 x times. Would you reconsider?

LogicalDOC Office Add-in for installation on Terminal Server is available to the following address:

The installer register the LD Office Addin for all the users of the system.
Just double click on file setup.exe

After installation each user must configure the connection parameters to the LogicalDOC system server.
This is essential because it must enter his credentials for the connection.

Note: Make sure you have uninstalled all versions of LogicalDOC Office Addin from the system by using the Windows Software installer / uninstaller utility available from the Control Panel.
Note 02: This addin has an ID code other than the standard, so make sure not to have twice LogicalDOC Office Add-in installed in the system.

The installer register the LD Outlook Addin for all the users of the system.
Just double click on file setup.exe

This is essential because it must enter his credentials for the connection.

Note: Make sure you have uninstalled all versions of LogicalDOC Outlook Addin from the system.
Note 02: This addin has an ID code other than the standard, so make sure not to have twice LogicalDOC Outlook Add-in installed in the system.
Note 03: Since this addin uses a different path, before installing, it might be a good idea to cleanup the windows registry for any entry that contains LogicalDOCOutlookAddin. This have to be done before installing!
