Context menu for dashboard records

Description
In the Documents List for checked out docuements, you can't right click on the documents and perform normal actions. You do get a browswer default menu.
I think that it is important to keep the right click options consistent throughout the product.
At a minimum, I'd like to see the ability to Unlock, Checkin the document or Open in Folder.
I did find that you can double click to jump to the folder, but that is not intuitive.

The dashboard's user section is read-only, you cannot alter the documents listed here since it requires interaction with more objects not available at this time. Bu we added the context menu that allows you to: preview, download, open in folder.
