Unable to add a Supervisor to a Workflow scheme

Description
When I try to open the selection of supervisors, it is shown in a very short flicker and then closes before I can do any action.
Verified on Windows 8.1 - Google Chrome version 32.0.1700.107 m

Ok, in fact I found that clicking on the white area of the selector (left) the list of options is displayed correctly, the problem occurs clicking on the icon to open the switch (on the left).
The same behaviour is present in Firefox 26.0 (see image03)
