Button inactive

Dear Sirs,

Some of my colleagues are not able to click on the function buttons above the listed docments (e.g. upload document, drop spot). They are all grey (see the attached screenshot) and not usable.

I am still able to use the whole functions. Is this because I am an admin? My colleagues are all authors AND publishers. For details please see the users WieczorekN or schmidtan.

Those icons are grayed if the user has no write permission. It doesn't depend on the group names (publisher, author, ...). You have to make sure the user or one of his groups has the write permission.

Thanks, but until now they had the permission to write. We didn't change anything. Where in LD can I check and edit the permission?
