Content in Folders disappeared

Description
Our folder "International" is empty. allthough there are hundreds of files in it.
When we upload documents, they sometimes don't appear in the selected folders - they are gone and have to be uploaded again.
And my colleague R. Ewald can't find the folder "Russland" under "GUS" anymore. Anybody else can see it.
Can you please fix these bugs? Thanks.

You have a document with a spurious character in the title.
The document was 'A realistic roadmap for news media' id:1749
This spurious char made the Browser fail in rendering. We don't know if the char was inputed by the user or introduced by the data migration.
write to support@… when other folders other than International are affected so we could connect and delete the spurious chars.
