Last Modified Date is misleading

Description
If a document is moved from one folder to another, the "Last Modified" date changes. This is misleading, as the document was not modified, only moved. While it is desirable for the "History" to show that the document was moved, as it currently does, the "Last Modified" date should not change unless the document is actually modified.

The document parent folder is a metadata of the document itself, so the last modified date will change, its normal
