Description

It is not possible to manually change the protocol code.
Furthermore, in this version (unlike v9.2) the protocol field does not appear during insertion, so it is not possible to specify it during creation.

Make sure to install in sequence patch 084 and 084.
Make also sure to have CustomID permission for that document.
Then:

  1. Take a security copy of folder <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/frontend
  2. Unpack the patch ​https://service.logicaldoc.com/patches/9.2.1/patch-20251209-frontend.zip into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT
  3. Delete your browser's cache and enter again, no need to restart LogicalDOC
