When adding a second annotation to a document, the previous is no longer visible

Description
When trying to add a second annotation to a document, the previous annotation is no longer visible.
In fact, this appears to occur explicitly on the first annotation (polygon), whose text is not displayed.

already known behavior, the annotation gets stored but the used widget has a glitch that impedes the display of the text in case the string is too big for the square, if you resize the square a little bit, you will see the text to appear again.
