Send by eMail with checkbox "send as Download Ticket" activated does not work any more
Reported by customer Kugler, verified in my local installation and on demo.logicaldoc.com.

- Unpack it into <LDOC_HOME>/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/classes
