Description

Dear Team,

I have running trial enterprise version 8.5 - on-premise installation.
I have installed on my Android device the LogicalDOC app from Play store. Android ver is 10.

I have successfully set up the app and I was able to log in and browse the system folders and files.
But I encountered several issues:

  1. I cannot upload any file - from device to system
  2. I cannot do any subscriptions
  3. I cannot send any document via e-mail

Device and server are in the same network, no restrictions.

Either bug or I am missing some additional settings.

Please advise.

We fixed the issue but now Android requires minimum API 28 so a lot of devices cannot be used now with this App, moreover you need a File Manager installed in your device.
