With reference to ticket #138

Same bug as described below occures now within the bulk upload prompt (tag assignment).

When typing in a tag which is already in use with it's first part, the system takes over before tag is entered completely. Tag mode is "free".

Example: Tag already used in the system: "SAP" Tag to be assigned to a new document: "SAP documentation"

-> System takes over "SAP" as new Tag before I get the chance to type " documentation"

Need to implement download links to documents:

1. The user clicks the link
2. The browser is opened
3. The user insert username/password (these may be already saved as cookie so no data entry is needed)
4. The document is downloaded

The admnistrators should be able to delete/kill/abort a running workflow process.
