Our users would appreciate the possibility to change the name (of course not the id) of a template in the administration. But currently, the corresponding edit field is always disabled. Only the description can be changed. |

SacCoke?'s document import program is extremely slow. Processing one document every 30-60 seconds. We import about 1500 documents per day and the import cannot keep up. If we cannot resolve this issue soon, management will look for another solution for document management. We migrated Logicaldoc and the import program to a new server. Import program performance on the old server was acceptable, but not on the new server. We have provisioned four CPU's and more memory on the new server, but this has had no positive affect on performance. We are hoping you can login to the new server and recommend changes to increase performance. |

Our folder "International" is empty. allthough there are hundreds of files in it. When we upload documents, they sometimes don't appear in the selected folders - they are gone and have to be uploaded again. And my colleague R. Ewald can't find the folder "Russland" under "GUS" anymore. Anybody else can see it. Can you please fix these bugs? Thanks. |
