Display button in Indexing queue does not seem to be working

Description

When you change the number on the Indexing queue screen under Administration -> Settings -> Search and Indexing and hit the Display button at the top of the screen, the display does not change.
I also noticed when going to this tab that the system is responding with the 404 when this URL is requested:
http://logicaldoc.gundluth.org/frontend/sc/skins/Tahoe/images/0.png
It looks like what was delivered with the system was 0.gif not 0.png.
