Digital signature error for signing documents

Description

After update to version 8.8.5 the digital signature is not working correctly.
The master certificate (root certificate) creation seems to work correctly, but not the user certificate.

This has been verified with Oracle Java JDK 11.0.05 and Eclipse Temuring 11.0.20 OpenJDK 11
