Description
Monitor Import folders and create logfiles to check, which files were (not) correctly imported by this import folder

we could think to implement an Import Folder history to track the processed elements, a flag indicates if the element has been correctly imported or if an error happened.

In the 8.7 we added a counter of imported files, the counter is also visible in the user interface

Important: in the Import Folder a flag must be implemented to enable/disable the history

The Import folder task already has a dedicated log, you see in the Log tab.
For every document with error you see a log line indicating the problem.
