743	Cannot configure multiple instances in iphone app	jkenyon		"Issues when trying to add an additional instance in the iphone app:

When pressing the + button under ""manage accounts"", in portrait mode the app just shuts down. In landscape mode you get to the next step, however when clicking ""Enable the feature above"" you get ""Product not found"". 

Also I have previously done the in-app purchase to enable this functionality but it is not recognised.
