    11Users with only "Read" and "Download" rights on folders can still move (drag and drop) documents between folders with these permissions.

     3this is only happening in the drag & drop mode for documents. If try to move folders I get an error as expected

     5Both. For example, if a user has the following permissions (highlighted in red), they can drag & drop the “test_report” file into any of the folders shown.
